The following cancellation fees will apply:

Before April 30, 2026: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00 .

From April 30 until May 30, 2026: 50% refund.

As of May 30, 2026 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund.

All refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the conference.

Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50,00.
